Potato Wedges

Two potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes

Potato diced

Put the potato pieces in a bowl and add salt

Add pepper
6.
Sprinkle a little allspice

Mix well and marinate for 20 minutes

Pour oil into the pot

Put in the chopsticks, small bubbles appear on the edge of the chopsticks, the oil temperature is just right

Add potato wedges

Fry the potato wedges until they can be easily penetrated with chopsticks

Remove the potato wedges and drain the oil and you can eat it
Tips:
1. I used new potatoes that just came out. The skins just need to be rubbed lightly and they all fall off;
2. Potatoes contain starch, which tends to stick when they are fried. Be careful to stir them with chopsticks.
