Potatoes and Lean Meat Braised Rice

Cut pork tenderloin into small cubes, chopped green onion

Wash potatoes, peel and cut into small pieces, rinse the surface starch with water and remove for use

Wash the rice and add appropriate amount of water

Heat oil in a wok, add star anise

Add diced potatoes and stir-fry on medium heat

When the surface of the diced potatoes is slightly charred, add the meat and chopped green onion, stir fry for a while until the pork turns white

Cook in the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, stir well, turn off the heat

Pour into the rice

Use electric pressure cooker to cook rice

After the electric pressure cooker has finished working and is naturally exhausted, open the lid and stir the rice and potatoes with chopsticks or a spoon to eat.
Tips:
If you put green leafy vegetables with a lot of water, you should reduce the amount of water when you cook rice.
