Potherb Mustard Fried Soybean Sprouts

Prepare ingredients. Soak the potherb mustard in water in advance to remove some of the salt.

Soak soybean sprouts in water.
3.
Cut the green onions into pieces, and cut the potherb mustard into sections.
4.
Heat the pan with cold oil and saute the chopped green onions.
5.
Add soybean sprouts and stir fry until fragrant.
6.
Add potherb mustard and stir-fry evenly.
7.
Add light soy sauce to taste.
Tips:
When pickling potherb mustard with a lot of salt, there is no need to add salt.
