Potherb must be pickled in autumn. In the northeast every late autumn, there is a custom of pickling pickles and pickling vegetables. In particular, potherb mustard is a popular ingredient. The pickled potherb must be stewed with tofu. It is a well-known dish, namely: "Potherb mustard stewed tofu"

Potherb Mustard Stewed Tofu

1. Main and auxiliary ingredients: salted potherb mustard, tofu

2. Soak the salted potherb mustard for more than 1 hour to remove excess salt

3. Then wash the potherb mustard and cut into sections

4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped green onion

5. Add potherb mustard and stir fry evenly

6. Cook a little soy sauce to taste

7. Add appropriate amount of water and simmer until the potherb mustard is soft

8. Add tofu

9. Continue to simmer for about 5 minutes

10. Add MSG for freshness. To turn off the fire
