Prawns

Remove the shrimp line and clean the prawns. Add cooking wine, white vinegar, salt, ginger, and green onions to marinate to remove fishy.

Cut the garlic into fine cubes.

Cut the leeks into thin sections.

Add a little salt to the water and bring it to a boil.

First, boil the leeks in the pot and put them in the pot, right? The marinated prawns are boiled together with the cooking wine and other seasonings for two to three minutes to turn red. Turn off the heat and simmer for a while, the meat will be more tender.

Place the cooked shrimp in a colander and let cool naturally.

Tips:
Shrimp is cooked on heat. In order to make the meat more tender and red, turn off the heat and use the remaining temperature in the pot to simmer. The taste is the best.
