Prepare the ingredients

Cut the onion and garlic and set aside

Add light soy sauce, chopped green onion and garlic to a small bowl, add appropriate amount of salt and sesame oil, stir well, add chili oil for spicy ones.

Add some peanut butter or tahini, stir well and set aside

Dice the tofu and preserved egg
7.
Put the cut tofu and preserved eggs on a plate, pour the seasoning sauce, and sprinkle with chopped green onion when eating.
Tips:
Be sure to use internal fat tofu, the tofu is very tender, it is best not to put vinegar in the tofu.
