A very simple cold dish, suitable for beginners.

Preserved Egg Tofu

1. Prepare half a box of tofu (it can be increased according to the number of people at home), and put it in the tableware.

2. Follow the four corners of the tofu and pour five knives in four directions.

3. Sprinkle some diced mustard on the tofu of the modified knife (normal bagged mustard is fine, but rinse with water, otherwise it will be very salty.)

4. Sprinkle with the sliced preserved eggs (you can boil the preserved eggs before using them, and be careful not to boil them for about 3 minutes)

5. Just pour in an appropriate amount of the adjusted juice (the above seasoning can be used after mixing thoroughly. If the family does not have so many seasonings, light soy sauce can be used, but the taste will be much worse)

6. Finally, sprinkle some coriander and drizzle some sesame oil~

Tips:

Before opening the box of tofu, lightly tap around the tofu with a knife on the side so that the tofu can be poured out easily. If it is not buckled out, you can tap the top of the tofu with a knife when pouring the tofu~
