Preserved Egg Tofu

Cut the lactone tofu into pieces.

Cut the Songhua Egg into pieces.
3.
Cut the red pepper into small pieces, and add the preserved egg tofu with the minced ginger.
4.
Pour in 3 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 gram of salt, and appropriate amount of sesame oil.
