Preserved Egg Tofu

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Tear off the packaging and carefully buckle the tofu upside down on the plate, then use scissors to cut off the four corners.

3. Tap the bottom of the tofu box, the tofu will basically be completely buckled out, and cut into pieces with a knife.

4. Let the cut pieces of tofu stand for a while, pour out the overflowing water, and put it in a container.

5. Peel the preserved eggs and cut into small cubes.

6. Put the sliced preserved eggs into the tofu.

7. Dice mustard and mince chives.
