Preserved Egg Tofu

Prepare 3 ingredients: lactone tofu, preserved egg and green pepper.

Wash the green peppers, remove the seeds, and cut into small cubes.

The preserved eggs are also cut into small dices.

Cut the lactone tofu into large pieces and put them in a bowl.

Diced preserved eggs and diced green peppers in a bowl, add 10 drops of sesame oil

Add 40 grams of light soy sauce

Add 2 grams of MSG and mix well.

Just pour on lactone tofu.
Tips:
1. Do not steam the preserved eggs, otherwise they will not be tender;
2. Tofu will produce a lot of water, so you can throw it away if you mind.
