Preserved Egg with Cold Dressing

Prepare the iced preserved eggs, put the chopped green onion and chili into a small bowl.

Peel the preserved eggs in quarters and place them on a plate. Add coriander, salt, vinegar, light soy sauce, and chicken essence to a small bowl.

Heat up the cooking oil and add a few drops of pepper oil. After the oil is hot, pour it into a seasoning bowl.

Stir the chili and coriander in the seasoning bowl evenly, spread it on the preserved egg, and the cold dressing with preserved egg is complete.
