Preserved Egg with Cold Dressing

Four preserved eggs.

Peel and wash.

Prepare an embroidery thread and wrap it around your index finger and thumb. Take the preserved egg in your left hand and cut it in half with your right hand (you can cut it directly with a knife if it is too much trouble).
