Preserved Eggs and Green Peppers

Put the preserved eggs in a bowl and prepare the minced garlic.

Put the green peppers in a hot pan, fry the green peppers until soft and fragrant.

After the green peppers are cooked, put them in a large bowl, add minced garlic, and shake them up (if you don't have professional utensils, use a rolling pin).

Same as above.
5.
Add preserved eggs and minced garlic, the same as above.
6.
Add salt, light soy sauce to taste, and mix well.

Finished product.
