Pressure Cooker Chicken Feet

Soak the chicken feet in salt water, and cut off the nails with kitchen scissors

Cut green onion into sections, slice ginger, smash garlic, divide chili into two sections, chop tempeh a few times, prepare star anise and pepper

Mix cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt and sugar into a small bowl

Pour oil in the wok, stir-fry the seasoning in step 2 into the pot, pour the seasoning in step 3 to a boil, add water as appropriate
5.
Put the chicken feet in the pressure cooker, pour the fried ingredients; start the pressure cooker ribs program, about 12 minutes

Tips:
1. The pressure cooker program can be ended early, and the air can be vented manually to prevent the chicken feet from being too bad;
2. Don't stir vigorously after boiling, keep the shape of the chicken feet, it will look better on the plate.
