Tips:

1. When frying the salt and pepper ghee, pay attention to the heat, stir fry on a low heat, and don't fry the flour over it.
2. This recipe makes 12 small biscuits, which are relatively mini. You can also cut the rolled strips into 6 small strips to make 6 larger sesame cakes. The baking time on the electric baking pan can be extended by 1-2 minutes.
3. Different electric baking pans have different firepower and setting methods.
4. Brushing honey water on the surface can make the sesame stick to the biscuits firmly, and it is not easy to fall off after baking. If you don't have honey, you can use 1 teaspoon of white sugar to dissolve it in 1 tablespoon of water and make it into white sugar water instead.
