Wash the cucumber first and cut it into six equal-sized sections. Leave some at both ends not to cut to the bottom. Dig a small boat to put the fried vegetables.

Cut the dug out cucumber into small pieces for later use, and fry the minced meat directly in the pan, add garlic rice wine, add the cucumber, corn, and carrot and stir fry together.

Pour in oyster sauce and sprinkle with salt and pepper before boiling. In decoration.
Tips:
Cut the bottom of the cucumber flat, otherwise it will wobble. The wrapped cucumber skin can be decorated as bamboo leaves.
