Wash the sirloin and cut into small pieces

Tips:
1. Two people in my family eat at noon, so the portion is small. If there are many people in the family, please increase the amount by yourself
2. Because you are using a pressure cooker, how much water you put in it, it is still so much in the end. If you don’t want too much soup, put a little less water, or use a high fire to collect the juice
3. I chose the yuba that is not easy to boil. If it is the one that is easy to rot when soaked in water, just wait for the sirloin to be cooked before putting the yuba into it and cook it!
4. I don't like the smell of star anise, but it can remove the fishy smell. I just used it a little, if you don’t mind the taste of star anise, please increase it yourself
