Private Fried Rice

Take out the required ingredients, wash the rice and put it in an electric rice cooker to cook. The amount of water is a little less than usual for cooking. The ingredients are processed at the same time as the rice is cooked: onion, carrot, and chicken sausage are washed and diced separately.

Rub the edamame to clean the film of the epidermis, wash it, boil an appropriate amount of salt water, pour in the edamame and carrots, blanch for a while, remove and drain the water.

Break the eggs and scatter them, heat the pan, put a proper amount of oil, pour in the egg liquid, fry until it is almost solidified, use chopsticks to quickly scatter them, shovel it for later use.

After the rice is cooked, open the lid and let it cool for a while. Use a rice spoon to break up the rice for later use. Continue to heat the pan, add an appropriate amount of oil, pour in the onions and stir fry for a while, then add carrots and edamame and stir fry.

Add salt and chicken powder, stir fry evenly, let the ingredients taste, pour in the chicken intestines and stir fry for about 20 seconds.

Pour in the beaten rice, add soy sauce and oyster sauce and continue to fry until the ingredients are integrated into the rice.

Finally, add the eggs, stir-fry evenly and shovel it up.

Tips for food: blanching edamame and carrots can keep the color bright, and the time can be shortened when frying. The amount of water in the fried rice should not be too much, otherwise it will stick to the bottom of the pot and the taste will not be delicious~
