Private Old Tofu

Prepare 1 piece of old tofu.

Put it in a pressure cooker and put a steaming pad under it to prevent adhesion.

Pour in water, add celery, coriander, and carrot cubes, add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, MSG, chicken powder, cover and bring to a boil, reduce heat to pressure for half an hour, turn off the heat to cool.

Take out the tofu and cut it open, showing the honeycomb inside.

Cut the tofu into thick slices.

Slice the pork belly, add peanut oil to the pot, add the pork belly slices and stir fragrant, add garlic slices, and stir-fry the millet until fragrant.

Pour in an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil, add soy sauce, spicy aroma dew, and salt to taste, add old tofu and stew.

When it is almost dry, pour the chicken fat out of the pot and put it in a small clay pot.
