Pumpkin and Green Noodles

Cut pumpkin into small pieces and add a small amount of water to make a paste

Strain the pumpkin juice through a sieve

Filtered pumpkin juice

Pour the flour into the flour and stir it into a flocculent shape with chopsticks

Knead it into a smooth dough, then relax for 30 minutes

Use a noodle machine to press into the dough

Then pressed into lasagna

Sprinkle some flour on the pressed dough to prevent sticking

After boiling the water in the pot, add it to the noodles and cook

Add some green vegetables to cook, and finally add some salt and light soy sauce to taste!
Tips:
You can roll it by hand without a dough pressing machine! Try to make the dough harder!
