Pumpkin Braised Rice

Pour rice into the rice cooker

After adding clean water to wash, add appropriate amount of water (according to the usual proportion of cooked rice)

Soak the shiitake mushrooms in water, cut into shreds, slice the sausage, peel and dice the pumpkin.

Stir the chopped green onion in a hot pan with hot oil

Add shiitake mushrooms and sausages and stir fry for a fragrant flavor.

Stir-fry until the mushrooms and sausage are slightly yellow and slightly burnt.

Add diced pumpkin and fry until the surface changes color.

Add salt

Add the fried ingredients to the inner pot of the rice cooker.
10.
Just press the cooking button to operate!
Tips:
When eating, use a rice spoon to press the pumpkin into puree and mix well. That's delicious. Remember to add soy sauce to taste if it is not salty enough!
