Pumpkin Carrot Buns

Pumpkin peeled, cut into pieces and steamed in a pot

Mix the flour and dry yeast, add the steamed pumpkin puree (after warming) and form a dough together

Proof the mixed dough for 40 minutes, knead smoothly

Wash and chop carrots

Mince the meat, add chopped green onion and ginger

Add all ingredients
