It’s the season to eat pumpkin again. Pumpkin powder can be steamed or fried. Today I use pumpkin to make lump soup for lunch. It’s easy to make.

Pumpkin Edamame Soup

1. Peel the pumpkin, wash and cut into pieces, peel and wash the edamame, mix the flour and water evenly

2. Put the edamame in water and cook

3. Heat up the frying pan, add the pumpkin and stir fry thoroughly

4. Pour in edamame and water, stir and boil until the pumpkin is cooked

5. Then put the batter into the pumpkin one by one, and boil

6. Add an appropriate amount of salt and stir well

7. Finally, add an appropriate amount of MSG and stir well.

Tips:

Cook the edamame first, then put it in the pumpkin and cook it so that the pumpkin won’t go
