Pumpkin in Oyster Sauce

Wash the pumpkin, cut off the outer skin, and dig out the soft flesh layer of the melon in the center with a stainless pot and spoon

Cut the pumpkin meat into 2 cm cubes

Peel the garlic particles and wash them, place them on a cutting board and cut them into minced garlic. Put the minced garlic in a large bowl, add oyster sauce, salt, salad oil and sesame oil, and mix well.

Pour the cut pumpkin pieces into a large bowl and mix well so that each piece of pumpkin is covered with garlic sauce

Put the pumpkin cubes into a microwaveable container, close the container with a sealed lid, and open the microwave ventilation hole

Put it in the microwave for 5 minutes until it is cooked and take it out. Wash the shallots, chopped and sprinkle and serve.
