Diced pumpkin

Heat a little oil in the pan, pour the pumpkin into it and stir fry, over medium-to-low heat

Pumpkin does not absorb oil. The oil will always wrap the pumpkin. Fry until the surface of the pumpkin is broken and slightly soft. Add appropriate amount of salt to consume oil and soy sauce.
