Pumpkin Ribs

Originally the pumpkin was fried

I have put it like this now, and sprinkle a thin layer of salt on it. This one has not been sprinkled with salt yet.

Cut the ribs into pieces, mix well with salt, light soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger, a little sugar, cornstarch, and marinate for ten minutes

Steamed in boiling water for 13-15 minutes. At 13 minutes, I put a few green pepper circles to decorate, then covered and steamed for another 1-2 minutes before taking it out. The pumpkin powder powder absorbs the meaty flavor of the ribs, and the effect is surprisingly good!
