Pumpkin Rice

Cut pumpkin into pieces, shred shiitake mushrooms, mince garlic, and slice pork belly.

Fry the pork belly in a hot pot with cold oil over low heat, add mushrooms➕ minced garlic and sauté, add a tablespoon of oyster sauce, throw away sugar, boil appropriate amount of water and high heat, simmer on medium and low heat until the pumpkin is soft and rotten.

Tips:
1. White sugar is fresh, so just add a little bit.
2. Put the salt according to your taste.
3. Add more water than the ingredients, don't use too much, and the final juice is too dry, too dry, not easy to mix well.
