Pumpkin Sauce Fried Rice

For this fried rice, I used a small pumpkin with a small bee. Of course, other pumpkins will work if they don’t. Peel and dice the pumpkin. I forgot to take a picture. Sorry.

Dice the cucumber and set aside

Dice the sausage and set aside

Preheat the wok and put in an appropriate amount of oil to fry the eggs.

Then pour in the cucumber cubes, add a little salt and fry for a while.

Pour oil in the pan again to fry the pumpkin.

When the pumpkin eight is ripe, pour in the diced sausage and continue to stir fry.

Stir-fry for a while, pour in rice, add soy sauce and stir-fry. (The rice can be leftovers or freshly cooked)

Then pour in the eggs and cucumber and stir fry with salt.

Sprinkle chopped green onion and fried peanuts and turn off the heat. (Here I am buying ready-made peanuts).
