Pumpkin Seedlings Mixed with Red Oil

Prepare materials. Wash the pumpkin seedlings.

Boil water in the pot, add 2 drops of oil and a little salt. Blanch the pumpkin seedlings until they are dead. Soak it in ice water.

Drain the water, put it in a bowl, and add garlic paste.

Pour in pepper oil. Pour in the little red oil and all the spices.
5.
Heat the oil in the pot and pour it into a bowl while it is hot

Mix well.

Garnish with red pepper shreds.
Tips:
1. Do not blanch the pumpkin seedlings for too long. Pick them up and put them in ice water immediately to keep the crispy taste.
