Pumpkin Steamed Pork

Peel the pumpkin and cut into thick slices, slice the pork belly into thin slices, and cut the onion and ginger into strips; pour the onion and ginger and other prepared seasonings into the meat, mix well and marinate for more than 30 minutes

Tips:
1. I use Hongxingyuan's five-spice steamed meat powder. It already has salt. If you don't use other condiments, only this is ok. When making it, look at the ingredient list of the steamed meat powder you bought to decide whether you need to add it. Salt
2. It is also delicious to replace the pumpkin with potatoes or taro. The side dishes should be cut thicker, because the steaming time is long;
