Pumpkin Stewed Sea Prawns
1.
Wash the pumpkin, remove the seeds and peel. Cut into small pieces (this is easy to taste and can also shorten the stewing time)
2.
Wash sea prawns, remove their heads and set aside (the heads of sea prawns are not suitable for consumption), chopped green onions and set aside
3.
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan and heat the pan. When the oil is 60% hot, add the chopped green onion and stir fry
4.
Add sea prawns and stir fry. Add a little (or a small spoon) of soy sauce and stir fry
5.
Stir-fry until the sea prawns change color and are about six to seven mature. Put in the cut pumpkin pieces and stir fry
6.
Add a little vinegar (or a teaspoon) and stir fry. Pour in water, just over the pumpkin cubes
7.
Add a teaspoon of salt. Add half a teaspoon of chicken bouillon, cover the pot and simmer
8.
The cooking time is 20 minutes, during which time you should always open the lid and roll
