Pumpkin Strips with Mixed Vegetables

The ingredients are ready.

Cut leek and red pepper into small particles and set aside.

The pumpkin is steamed and pressed into pumpkin puree.

Add an egg and stir well.

Add appropriate amount of flour, salt and five-spice powder and mix well.

Add the chopped vegetable particles and stir well.
