Pumpkin White Fungus Soup ~ Delicious and Slimming Sugar Water ~

Break the white fungus apart, soak and wash.

Wash and peel the pumpkin and cut into small pieces.

Pumpkin, white fungus, lily, wolfberry, add water and cook at minimum heat.

Boil the pumpkin for about 15 minutes at the minimum heat, and the water will boil. Try to prick the pumpkin with chopsticks. If it is soft, it is cooked. Put the yellow rock sugar, stir until the rock sugar melts, turn off the heat.

Serve a bowl and eat it~ hot and cold are delicious~
