Purple Cabbage Fried with Silver Buds

Remove the roots of the silver buds and soak in cold water for 10 minutes after washing.

Wash the purple cabbage

Remove the soaked silver buds and drain the water

Cut purple cabbage into strips

Pick up the frying pan, add the pepper to the pan and fry it fragrant, then remove it

Stir-fry purple cabbage

Tips:
It is not advisable to add seasonings with heavy colors and flavors to this dish.
Purple cabbage should not be fried for too long to avoid loss of nutrients and loss of color.
