Silver sprouts is what we call bean sprouts here. The beautiful purple cabbage, matched with the white silver buds, looks good in color. Simple stir-frying, without a lot of condiments, the dishes are light and refreshing, which is very helpful to reduce the burden on the stomach after the Spring Festival. It should be noted that the purple cabbage cannot be fried for too long. If the fried time is long, the nutrition will be lost and the appearance will be lost.
