Purple Cabbage Fried with Silver Buds

Remove the roots of the silver buds and soak in cold water for 10 minutes after washing.

Wash the purple cabbage.
3.
Remove the soaked silver buds and drain the water.
4.
Cut purple cabbage into strips.
5.
Pick up the frying pan, add the pepper to the pan and fry it fragrant and remove it.
6.
The silver buds are fried in the pot.
7.
Stir-fry purple cabbage in a pot.
8.
Stir-fry with salt and monosodium glutamate.
9.
Stir-fry evenly and serve.
Tips:
1. It is not advisable to add seasonings with heavy color and flavor to this dish.
2. The purple cabbage should not be fried for too long to avoid loss of nutrition and loss of color.
