Purple Cabbage Salad

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Wash the purple cabbage, cut into silk, put it into a bowl, and sprinkle with a little salt to make it soft.

3. Wash the green peppers and red peppers, shred them, and put them in a bowl for later use.

4. Combine the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, a few drops of sesame oil, add a little bit of cool white to boil, stir evenly, and make a sauce for later use.

5. Pour the purple cabbage, green and red pepper, and chopped garlic into a bowl.
