Purple Cabbage Salad

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the purple cabbage, cut into silk, put it into a bowl, and sprinkle with a little salt to make it soft.

Wash the green peppers and red peppers, shred them, and put them in a bowl for later use.

Combine the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, a few drops of sesame oil, add a little bit of cool white to boil, stir evenly, and make a sauce for later use.
