Purple Cabbage Salad

Shred the basil.

Shred the purple cabbage, then add two teaspoons of salt and one spoon of sugar. Put an appropriate amount of white vinegar and marinate for ten minutes. After marinating, rinse with water and squeeze the water dry.

Shred the cucumber and set aside.
4.
Mash the garlic and set aside.
5.
Put garlic, light soy sauce, and sesame sesame oil on top of the purple cabbage and cucumber.
6.
Stir evenly and put it on the plate!
