Purple Sweet Potato Bread

Add water, egg liquid, sugar, salt, milk powder and bread flour in sequence, add yeast on the top of the flour, put the bread bucket into the Dongling JD08 bread machine, select the kneading program for 10 minutes.

After the first kneading is over, add the butter cut into small pieces and continue kneading for 15 minutes.

When the dough is reconciled, the film can be pulled out, leave the dough in the bread bucket, cover the lid, and ferment twice as large.

The fermented dough is gently degassed and divided into 8 equal parts, about 60 grams of a small dough, rounded, covered with plastic wrap, and relaxed for 15 minutes.

Roll the dough into a round, turn it over, the smooth side is facing down, and put in 30 grams of purple sweet potato filling that has been kneaded into a circle.
