Prepare the ingredients, chop the garlic leaves, mushrooms, garlic and ginger, cut the carrots into cubes, and thaw the green beans and corn;

Put the pot on the stove, put the minced meat, break up, turn on medium heat, wait for the water to boil, pick up the minced meat and rinse;

Put the minced meat in the pot over medium heat;

Stir dry water, 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon pepper powder and 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper, stir-fry evenly, set aside;

Put the mushrooms, green peas, corn kernels and carrots in an appropriate amount of oil to dry slightly;

Tips:
1. If dried green onions can be replaced with fresh green onions, the materials can also be combined by themselves;
2. The spiciness can be controlled by yourself, if you want to add hot peppers;
3. Blanch the minced meat and look cleaner;
