Qiaohu Meatloaf

Prepare minced meat, shiitake mushrooms, and corn.

Chop corn kernels and shiitake mushrooms.
3.
Add salt, sugar, and cornstarch according to personal taste.

Add a spoonful of oyster sauce.
5.
Pour in some peanut oil.

Mix the minced meat well.

Prepare a plate and place the small mold of Qiaohu's head.

Then pour the meat into the mold and flatten it.
9.
Process the shiitake mushrooms into Qiaohu's ears, mouth, and beard.

Put it in a rice cooker and cook the rice together.

Tips:
You can also add some horseshoes and stir in together, which is the steamed meatloaf with mushrooms and horseshoes that you have eaten on weekdays. The addition of cornstarch can make the meat paste better bond, and can make the meat paste tender and easy to eat.
