Qilixiang Chicken Wings

Slice the ginger, cut the shallots into sections, pat the lemongrass loosely, and cut the chicken wings.

Add appropriate amount of water, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chicken essence, and sugar to the bowl and mix well.

Put the lemongrass in the pot, spread the shallots and ginger slices, add the chicken wings, pour the sauce, and cook for 15 minutes.

Out of the pot, pour the broth and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
