[qisetian] Super Glutinous Rice Chicken

After washing the glutinous rice, soak in water for 2 hours. Wash the dates, mushrooms, and ham and soak them in water for 30 minutes. (I forgot to take the photo of glutinous rice soaked in water)

Remove the water after soaking the glutinous rice. After soaking the mushrooms, cut into dices, after soaking the red dates, core and dice, and dice the ham. Put the diced mushrooms, red dates, and ham into the glutinous rice, add a little salt, light soy sauce and a spoonful of lard, and mix well to form a filling. Add water and cook until half cooked (about 25 minutes)

Take out the refrigerated chicken, take the tin foil, put a layer of filling first, and then a layer of chicken until it is finished.

Tips:
When cooking glutinous rice, just add water until the glutinous rice has just been soaked.
