Quail Egg Tofu Meatballs

Boil quail eggs and remove their shells for later use;

The potatoes are peeled and shredded into filaments to wash away the starch;

Crushed tofu, add minced onion, chili, and ham;

Beat in an egg, add a little salt, chicken essence and five-spice powder and mix well;

Then add glutinous rice flour and potato shreds and stir evenly;
