After a tiring day at work, I don’t like to cook when I come home. I always eat takeout but I am afraid of unhygienic. The fried noodles I made in 10 minutes at home are simple and delicious.

Quick Fried Noodles

1. After the water is boiled, add the dried noodles and cook for about five minutes. The time varies with the thickness. Just cook until the noodles have no hard core.

2. Rinse with cold water, drain the water for later use

3. While cooking the noodles, cut the pork, Chinese cabbage, and carrot into fine strips.

4. Heat the pan with cold oil, add a little more oil than usual, stir-fry the lean meat until the color changes, and then stir-fry the carrots until soft

5. Add shredded Chinese cabbage and stir fry, add soy sauce, salt, sugar (a small amount, for freshness), add three spoons of boiled water and bring to a boil

6. Add the noodles and stir fry quickly, mix the sauce with shredded pork and vegetable noodles, turn off the heat and put some coriander on it, and it’s ready to be served.

7. You can also put some chili oil, vinegar. The hot and sour flavors are also delicious

Tips:

You can replace the side dishes with your favorite, spinach, shredded sausage, eggs, tomatoes, and all kinds of fried noodles that you like. Convenient, fast, delicious and healthy.
