Quick Fried Three Silks

Wash carrots and shred, pick celery leaves, wash and cut into sections.

Peel and shred potatoes soak in water to wash away the starch.

Sliced lard.

Heat the wok and add the lard oil directly. When the oil is fry out, put the green onion and ginger until fragrant.

Put the cut three shreds into the pot and fry.
