Quick Lunch-steamed Noodles with Beans and Pork

Ingredients: fresh noodles, lean meat, garlic moss, string beans, commpany mushrooms.

Cut the lean meat into shreds, marinate with cooking wine, salt, ginger, light soy sauce, pepper powder and cornstarch for 20 minutes, and cut the beans, garlic moss, and coprinus comatus into small pieces.

Put oil in the pan, and stir-fry the lean pork shreds when the oil is 80% hot.

After sautéing, add the cut vegetables and continue to stir fry.

Add some dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and pepper powder to taste.

Add a small bowl of water and stir well (after boiling, half of the soup will be prepared for use).

Spread the vegetables flat in the pot, place the raw noodles on the vegetables, cover the pot and steam, do not leave during the period to prevent the soup from burning dry.

After the soup in the pot has basically evaporated to dryness, break up the noodles, add the half-bowl of soup that you prepared before, and continue to steam with a lid until the juice is almost dry, then turn off the fire, mix the noodles and the vegetables and serve .

Tips:
Do not soak the noodles in the soup when steaming the noodles, otherwise the steamed noodles will become rotten noodles.
