Quickly Fired Shredded Squid

The squid is torn off the skin and hollowed out the internal organs. Wash it up.

Cut into filaments and set aside, as fine as you can, put ginger and cooking wine in the water, boil it, add the shredded squid, remove it in the water, and wash it out and set it aside.

Minced garlic, shredded onion, shredded green pepper

One tablespoon of light soy sauce. A spoonful of sugar.
