Quinoa Bell Pepper Cup

Put the washed quinoa into a soup pot and add 200ml of water or vegetable juice (the usual principle is one part quinoa and two parts water), and boil for about 15 minutes.

While cooking the quinoa, sauté the chopped onions in olive oil on medium heat until they become transparent, then add the pine nuts, sauté for another minute, add tomatoes, cinnamon, nutmeg and cumin, and season with a little salt.

Put the quinoa into the sauteed onions, then add the lemon juice and dill.

Eat it while it's hot, and add other seasonings if you like. You can also put the prepared quinoa cup in the refrigerator as a camping delicacy.
