Tips:
A boiled red date is wrapped in piglet bread. Because jujube skins are difficult to digest, soak the dried jujube in water for a while, then steam it in a pot, so that the jujube can be easily peeled, frozen in the refrigerator, taken out when eating, cooked in porridge or added to bread.
The snail bun is stuffed with creamy chestnut paste, which I also made myself. The chestnuts bought in autumn are frozen in the refrigerator, soaked in water, so that the skin is easily peeled, then put in a pressure cooker, boiled with a small amount of water, then add butter and sugar and cook until it is sticky. Remember to be small Stir while boiling over the fire, otherwise it will easily stick to the pot. Raisins are put in the trotters bread, and the rest is covered with sausage.
