Quinoa Lean Pork Porridge

Ingredients are prepared.

Soak the white fungus and then tear it into small pieces for later use.

Shred the lean meat.

Shred ginger.
5.
White quinoa and colored quinoa in a cold water pot.

Bring to the boil and simmer slowly for 30 minutes.

Pour the lean pork shreds and ginger shreds into the pot one by one and continue cooking.

Cut the apple into pieces (note: do not cut the apple early, it will oxidize and turn black if it is cut early).

Ten minutes after the lean meat is in the pot, add the apples, white fungus and wolfberry, and stir well.

Continue to cook for five minutes, then add a proper amount of sea salt and stir well, then turn off the heat and take it out of the pot.
